Done! The famous British architectural firm Foster+Partners completed the construction of the 3Beirut residential complex in the center of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.

The object is part of the updated master plan of the city, which provides for the restoration of the city center. The multifunctional complex from the famous office was planned as a sustainable project, which is designed to strengthen the status of the capital of Lebanon, as a center of tourism, trade and entertainment.

In their project, Foster+Partners architects focused on the creation of new pedestrian routes that will connect the historic center with the city harbor. Therefore, the designers created a project for the complex, consisting of three separate towers, between which residents and tourists can move freely. The volume of the central building was moved back from the axis of the main facades of the other two to form a curdonier in front of it.

The geometry of the ribbon glazing borders on the horizontal lines of the fenced balconies, together creating a rhythmic row on the facades. The decoration of the building is made of limestone panels. The northern side of the towers offers a breathtaking view of the harbor, while on the southern side, the architects provided green terraces overlooking the city center.

The sale of apartments in 3Beirut started at the beginning of 2017, and at the moment almost 75% of them have already found their owners. Current and future residents can expect not only comfortable apartments, but also a variety of infrastructure: a swimming pool, a gym and even a McLaren car dealership.
