Portugal, a rocky oceanic slope - this is where this architectural project was born. The house called Stone House, delicately integrated into the natural relief, opens up a panoramic view of the Atlantic and preserves the original harmony of the landscape. According to the architects, the basis of the concept were silence, space and a sense of unity with nature.
The architecture is implemented in the SHOVK studio's signature style - laconic, clean and restrainedly minimalist. The main materials include local stone, concrete, warm wood and large-scale glass surfaces that almost completely blur the line between the interior and the landscape.
The interior is built on a balance of natural textures and refined elegance. Gray marble, white glossy surfaces, soft tactile fabrics and living greenery create a bright, calm and at the same time cozy atmosphere. Second light, light portals and delicate lighting emphasize the feeling of airiness and spaciousness.
Functionally, the house includes four bedrooms, a spacious common area, a library and an outdoor terrace with views of the ocean and the mountain landscape. All decisions - from the layout to the choice of materials - are subordinated to the main principle: respect for the place and its visual identity.
