1. Buildings that were erected up to and including 1917 (the period of the imperial era and the time of the Provisional Government).
2. Buildings built during the Soviet era.

One building is wooden, covered with Soviet bricks in the post-war period, the other is made of cinder blocks, with elements of decor in the Art Nouveau style.
