About this reports informed the head of the Ministry of Culture Oleksandr Tkachenko in his Telegram channel.
"A court session was held in the Commercial Court of the city of Kyiv regarding the case regarding the temple-mafu on the territory of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine. The meeting lasted almost 1,5 hours. The defendant filed a motion to recuse the judge, but the court rejected this motion," the official said.
During the meeting, the defendant's lawyer proposed to demolish the National Museum of the History of Ukraine, because there is allegedly nothing valuable there.
Due to the fact that the meeting was delayed, the court was postponed to 15.02.
"We expect that after the defendant's statements, the court can make a decision on the case. Therefore, I call on everyone who cares to support us in this matter," Tkachenko noted.
