This means reduced mechanical maintenance, fuel usage and human resources. At the same time, the environmental component must grow. Carefully following the best European practices of urban greening, we, in particular, plan to scale up the use of perennial plants," says Oleksandr Vozniy, head of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the KMDA.
