According to the voting results, the winners of this stage of the competition were Ukrainian architects Anastasia Spasyuk and Oles Kuntsevich. Their works are distinguished by quality and thoughtfulness, note organizers:
"High detail, unexpected and, often, exciting decisions of the authors were replaced by zeal and desire to respond creatively to the horrors that the war brought us as soon as possible."
The works were reviewed by the jury, which included:
- Mark Worde is a creator, public figure, laureate of the UN Peace Medal and winner of the Cannes Lions Grand Prix;
- Jordan Goldstein is a managing director of the joint firm Gensler and a member of its board of directors, an architect;
- Dmytro Vasiliev — co-founder and chief architect of archimatika;
- Slava Balbek - architect, founder of balbek bureau;
- Volodymyr Nepiyvoda — architect, founder of YOD design lab;
- Julian Chaplinskyi is an architect, urban planner and public figure.
First place for the best the idea of restoring the bus station in Izyum won by Anastasia Spasyuk. Among the members of the jury, it was this proposal that caused a lively discussion.
Dmytro Vasiliev believes that the author moved away from the Soviet concept of the formation and typology of such buildings:
"Asymmetrical and dynamic shape, rounded corners give it movement. With the help of long lights, reminiscent of the lines from the headlights of cars passing by, I was able to support the dynamics of the form."

Instead, Jordan Goldstein emphasizes the functionality of the architectural solution:
“The bus station's compelling concept and brilliant visual effects make it a frontrunner for me. With a slight nod to the past, this wonderful scheme represents a new multi-modal transit hub that will be a comfortable place in the community and an attraction for users."

A proposal for a future look courtyard of the Palace of Labor in Kharkiv from Oles Kuntsevich took second place. This project is aimed at preserving the authentic appearance of the destroyed building. At the same time, the author suggests creating an active environment here with public spaces and recreation areas.

In the future, these architectural solutions may be implemented. The organizers of Re:Create UA emphasize that they continue to accept works from contestants and will publish new architectural proposals in the near future.
