The skyscraper will be called "Discovery Tower". In the renderings, the 330-meter tower seems to grow out of the mountain landscape with a crystalline mineral. It will offer a view of an artificial lake.

The structure of the building consists of numerous columns that taper to the top. Although exact details about its functions are yet to be revealed, the tower is expected to house retail outlets, restaurants, exhibition spaces and observation decks at various heights.
