"Currently, the delivery schedule is being adjusted due to Russia's military aggression. But despite everything, preparations for receiving new tram cars are being carried out in full, despite the state of war," says Andriy Sorokin, deputy director of the Department of Energy, Transport and Communications.

By the way, during the first stage (2006-2011), Vinnytsia already received 116 tram cars.
