In honor of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a street in the urban-type village of Stara Sinyava, located in the Khmelnytskyi region, was named.

The decision was made at a session of the Starosynyavsk settlement council, transmits Ukrinform.

It states that the renaming is connected with the processes of decommunization and de-Russification in Ukraine. The street and alley of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny used to be named in honor of Zhukov.

In addition, the streets of Heroes of Mariupol and Defenders of Ukraine appeared in the village.
