Work on the Vlasne Misto project, which currently has no analogues in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, has been ongoing for more than 6 years. It is based on the "principle of human-centeredness", and one of the main features of the city is autonomy, environmental friendliness, innovativeness and qualitatively new modern infrastructure with a high level of educational development.
Vlasne Misto has a unique eco-space, as the project literally integrates into pristine nature — three lakes and 750 hectares of protected forest. The large territory of the future city is a full-fledged urban unit of the country, which, with the help of state-of-the-art technologies, takes care of the preservation of nature and the history of the place.

This is the first city-cluster in Ukraine with a low population density — 1 person per 375 mXNUMX2. A developed network of infrastructural facilities necessary for a modern person is planned in order to ensure comfortable living, development and recreation of residents in the city.
Among them: a business center and co-working spaces, a network of educational institutions (from kindergartens to universities), development centers for different age groups, shops, restaurants and cafes, an entertainment complex that will include a cinema, an art center and a concert hall for cultural events, sports and equestrian sports complexes, health and recreation centers, an emergency hospital, a rehabilitation center and much more.
As part of the official part of the opening, Vlasne Misto CEO Yaroslav Korniachenko told the guests about the main idea of the project and its main advantages.
"The constant spending of time on unnecessary things became the impetus to create a place where everything is nearby. Our infrastructure provides for the division of the city into 4 functional zones — so that each has everything it needs. The most important objects will be located just 5 minutes from the house." The main attraction of the city will be the Market Square. In its center will be a vertical greenhouse with an observation deck on the roof, designed for growing ecological products.
The square will also have a green recreation area and a modern urban park. It is worth noting that all the buildings and structures of the square will be built from materials that have a low level of carbon footprint, are subject to secondary use, thereby reducing the harmful impact on the environment.

All objects provide different planning options, but they are all united by the idea of ecological construction. The architects of the project were the well-known Ukrainian offices YOD Group, KUDIN architects and LAWA, which from the very beginning followed the main idea of "naturalness" of the project.

Use only natural materials (stone, wood, glass) and mature architecture without unnecessary decorative elements. During the official part of the opening, guests had the opportunity to visit the first stage of construction of private houses.
"The architecture of this project is a continuation of the idea of virtue and openness, no historicism. Despite this, each place must have its own story, so we will create our own. Apple orchards, existing cobblestones — everything will have its own interpretation in the architecture of the future town." says Victor Kudin, the founder and chief architect of the creative workshop KUDIN architects.
