A building with housing and offices will be built in the historical center of Lviv

In Lviv on the street R. Dashkevicha, 2, they plan to build a mixed-use building - with housing on the upper floors and commercial premises on the lower floors.

About this write "Your City" edition, referring to the decision of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.

The building will be built by Rich Development Group LLC on a plot of land with an area of 0,0798 hectares. This plot of land is included in the zone of business and public activities of local importance.

"It's about the end of the quarter. This is the intersection of R. Dashkevicha, Tkatska and Zamarstinivska streets. Currently, the building is being formed along the red lines, which will free up a lot of space, which will become a public space of the city. Four floors will be above ground, and the fifth and sixth floors will be underground," said the chief architect of Lviv, Anton Kolomeytsev.

The designed building will be located in a historical quarter with already formed public buildings.

42 apartments and 48 parking spaces are provided for in the building - most of them will be underground.

The maximum allowable height of the building is 22,40 m, and the maximum allowable percentage of land development is 87%. The maximum permissible population density within residential buildings is 495 people/hectare.
