The architectural bureau MODUS (Kyiv) and ANV consulting worked on the project. reported the Irpin Reconstruction Summit.
"In the new art school, it is planned to create a music museum with interactive exhibits and musical instruments, which will be created in different shapes and sizes. The interior of the school's concert hall will be created based on the motifs of the forest. The feeling of being in nature will be enhanced by the design in green and brown colors, natural acoustics and a window that will let natural light into the hall," notes the MODUS architectural bureau team.
The new building will consist of classrooms, a lobby with a green roof and a hall. The main entrance will have two vestibules, which will allow for the period of individual events in the concert hall to make the entrances of the school and group of halls autonomous.
During events, the vestibule will be divided by a sliding partition into two autonomous zones - educational and concert. In the educational part near the elevators there will be a space with a second light in which there will be an amphitheater.
The amphitheater will be used as a waiting area. Several children's periscopes have been designed in it, through which it will be possible to look into the nearby museum. There will also be an art studio and a recording studio with the possibility of installing a grand piano. There are also additional offices in the shelter area, as well as a workshop for repairing musical instruments, utility and technical rooms.
The school proposes to create a small children's music museum with interactive exhibits and the opportunity to interact with some important musical instruments.
