The working group also concluded that some monuments are neutral. Therefore, it is suggested to leave them, having previously dismantled the plates.

For example, in the park of the Kekhtna manor, a monument (the work of Linda Rozin) has been preserved at the mass grave of 1968, and at its foot is a memorial plaque with the text: "To soldiers of the Soviet army who died in the Great Patriotic War." According to experts, the sculpture is a neutral marking of the grave, which should be preserved, and the information plate should be removed.
