About this reports the by Dezeen.

The museum called "Dadu", which means "game" in Arabic, is designed for children under the age of 11.

To house the museum, UNStudio designed a building formed from a series of interconnected block forms arranged in a circle around a covered foyer.

"The museum is organized according to the principle of how old villages in Doha developed. There was a central courtyard where families lived, and the children could play in the middle and feel safe because their parents are nearby," UNstudio co-founder Ben van Berkel says about the project.

Around this central, top-lit space will be a series of themed galleries arranged in block forms, together with a restaurant, café and entertainment rooms.
