The author of the idea and designer Maksym Shkinder shared the images on his Facebook page. He noted that the project is currently non-commercial and is only a concept for further research and experiments.

The electric car was named KRAINA 225, write Maxim Shkinder. According to him, the team aimed to create a product with a competitive design.

According to said on the project website, the source of inspiration for the development team was the well-known "Mriya" aircraft, the history of rocket construction in the Dnipro, the Ukrainian automobile industry, and the diversity of Kyiv's architecture. In particular, the Institute of Information, the Salyut hotel building, and the Antonov aviation concern are noted.

In addition to Maksym Shkinder, the team included Anton Nikolaev - created the exterior designer of the car, Volodymyr Panchenko - engaged in modeling and visualization, Vitaly Enes - also worked on visualization, Serhiy Voronov - engaged in web development of the project.
