Yes, YOD Group
won the victory with two projects. Restaurant
Farm Table (belongs to the 7 Lakes landscape hotel and restaurant complex in the suburbs of Kyiv) won in the Eco Friendly category.
The restaurant's atmosphere continues the philosophy of locality and sincerity. The interior is filled with air and tactile textures that create a sense of natural comfort. It is a space in which it is easy to relax and feel calm.
Large stained glass windows with a guillotine opening system rise vertically in the warm season, removing the border between the restaurant and the garden and combining them into a single space. An open kitchen makes the cooking process part of the guest's experience.
Gothel Mountain Residence (in Bukovel) was the winner in the Mountain Destination category. It was also awarded Jury Pick, having scored more than 80 points on a 100-point scale in the judges' vote.

"For us, winning international competitions is a way to speak to the world in the language of culture. Through design, we remind you that Ukraine is a country with powerful creative potential. It is here that ideas and solutions are born today that find a response far beyond its borders," says Volodymyr Nepyyvoda, co-owner and managing partner of YOD Group.
"It is also important for us that both winning projects were created in accordance with our philosophy of "terroir design". This means that they grow out of the context - nature, culture and history of the place. Mountain Residence refers to Carpathian myths: on the summer terrace, guests are greeted by a sculpture of Chugaystra made of grapevines, and a unique 90-meter installation of a "sailboat" is installed in the restaurant. In the Farm Table restaurant, we used wine-colored stone from the Terebovlyansky quarry in the Ternopil region. It is rarely used in interiors, although it is a very expressive material with an interesting texture and character," shares Dmytro Bonesko, co-owner and art director of YOD Group.
ISTO studio is also among the winners. The team won with three villa designs. In particular, Semira in Dubai (UAE) received an award in the Interior Design Villa category. The name refers to the mythical guardian of the gardens, Semira, whose palaces were decorated with “celestial ceilings” with encrypted messages.
The heart of the villa is cube, which greets guests at the entrance. Four terraced areas symbolize the elements and create different atmospheres and sensations. The building's interiors build a single narrative line, where every turn opens a new perspective.
The studio’s second winning project, the Cornucopia Villa in Dubai (UAE), was awarded in the Architectural Design Middle East category. The name refers to the image of a “cornucopia,” which the project interprets as a symbol of harmony, generosity, and inner wealth.
The house is designed as a space where architecture supports family connections and shared experiences. Spatial solutions form a protective shell that simultaneously opens into open areas for communication, relaxation, and shared living.

Oasis Villa in Dubai (UAE) won in the Architectural Design Villa category. The project will be implemented on the site of an outdated villa. OASIS forms a private “island of silence” within the city: a discreet urban facade gradually opens up to the expanses of golf courses, creating two different realities in one place.
The architecture is based on open spaces that allow the buildings to "breathe" and create unique panoramas. The landscape is integrated into both the terrain and the structure of the buildings themselves.

The ZIKZAK Architects team won for the Wellness & Spa project Skogur Home & Resort in Yablunytsia (Ivano-Frankivsk region) in the category Interior Design Wellness (SPA, Yoga, Retreat). Soft light, tactile materials, and forest motifs create an environment of peace and renewal.

The space is designed for rehabilitation, silence, and inner reset. Every element—from the lighting to the shape of the handles—is designed to create a sense of safety and a smooth transition to a new state.
