According to write Zaxid.net, the hostel is located in the attic of the school of the Austrian period, there are 22 beds. The idea was implemented with the help of a grant.
Funds were provided by the Embassy of Sweden, the SIDA agency and UNDP at the request of the M.CLASS Transformation Agency for the development of micro-entrepreneurship in the territory of Lviv Opilya.

"The idea was to create 1-2 jobs in the community by attracting about 2000 USD in grants and co-financing the same amount from one's own pocket to start some small business in the community," explained cultural manager Hanna Gavryliv.
The grant application was submitted for the creation of the "Persha Klyasa" cafe, which was to be opened in the same room where the first-graders of the old school once studied, and to be treated with confectionery delicacies from local housewives. According to the project, the donor financed the cost of the confectionery showcase, and the owners had to buy tables with chairs and summer umbrellas.

The cafe was launched experimentally in the summer of 2021, and a full-fledged opening was planned for the spring of 2022. Due to the war, the plans had to be postponed, and the premises of the old school were occupied by immigrants who used this storefront as a refrigerator.
"In that grant, we prescribed and planned that maybe in about ten years we will build a hostel in the attic of the old school. So, we didn't open a cafe, but we did build a hostel with 22 beds," said Hanna Gavryliv.
It is noted that the hostel has all the conditions for a comfortable rest or stay.
