"Due to the chaos of the mobs, we can lose the face of the city altogether," Vadim Akperov notes.
The commission, together with the architects, should develop a unified design of the outlets and determine the places where they can stand. First, they plan to make a project for the city center. It is promised to be shown to the people of Sumy in a few months. After that, the general rules for mafias should be approved at a session of the city council.
