Creation of such a security agreement will make it impossible the use of the monument's territory for new construction and other economic needs that may harm it, and will also provide an opportunity to maintain the premises in proper condition and ensure the preservation of authenticity, spatial composition, etc.
The case will be considered by the Poltava District Administrative Court.
The historical building, which is located in Poltava, on the street Sobornosti, 3, received the status of a monument of history and architecture of local importance in February 1993. In July 2021, by order of the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Akim Glazer's house was included in the List of Cultural Heritage Objects as a newly discovered object of history and architecture.
The valuable building was constructed of red facing brick at the beginning of the XNUMXth century as a living space with medical facilities on the first floor. In the interior, an authentic staircase with a wrought-iron railing in the art nouveau style and arrays of two stoves, one of which has an original chimney, have been preserved.
In the period from 1920 to 1941, the first floor was redeveloped into residential apartments. During 1947 - 1952, design and reconstruction works were carried out, with the location of office premises on the first floor, and living spaces on the second.
In 2013, a two-story volume with a basement was added to the courtyard facade (decision of the executive committee of the Oktyabrska district council in the city of Poltava No. 89 dated 15.03.2005) to the entire height of the building, in which several residential apartments are located.
