A new residential complex with offices and a lake for rainwater will be built in Lviv

A multifunctional complex will be built on Stryyska Street in Lviv. The developer plans to build a kindergarten in it and improve the lake.

About this reported the Lviv city council.

The complex with an area of more than one hectare will be built by "Miska Okolitsia" LLC in the G-2 zone - trade and business zones of local importance in accordance with the zoning plan of the territories of the Sykhiv district. Trade and entertainment and market infrastructure facilities are also provided here.

"The mixed object is 8 square meters of office space, in addition, there are commercial spaces and a large parking lot. In our opinion, the mixed nature of this complex will give it the opportunity to live both during the day and at night. It will be used more by office workers and commerce during the day, and by residents in the evening," said Anton Kolomeytsev, the chief architect of the city.

"Regarding the reservoir that is there - we suggest preserving it in the landscape and collecting rainwater in it, and you can arrange an open area near it," suggested the chief architect of Lviv.

The complex also provides shelter, which will be located in the underground parking lot.
