Press service of the Lviv City Council reported the, that the areas will be determined by specialists of the structural divisions of the City Council.
Currently, 50 locations where it is advisable to remove the turnstiles have been worked out in the city. It is noted that they do not improve the traffic situation in these places, and at the same time require a lot of financial costs. In particular, such fences interfere with the work of cleaning equipment.

The first such fence, 30 m long, was removed at the intersection of Mazepy-Tychyna streets.
As explained by Pavlo Syrvatka, the head of the street infrastructure department of the LMR, new regulations regulating the installation of such a fence are already in effect in Ukraine today.
"And they clearly say in which cases it is necessary. In particular, we are talking about children's institutions, places with limited visibility, above underground passages," says the official.
Shrubs will be planted in the places where the turnstiles are dismantled. And where spontaneous parking may occur, columns or hemispheres will be installed.
