By the decision of the executive committee, our utility company "Agenzia resoursas Lvivska radiya" was obliged to obtain town planning conditions and restrictions for the construction of the communal market," the official said.

It is known that nowadays trading on the market is spontaneous. A few years ago, they already tried to resolve the situation: after negotiations with the entrepreneurs, they agreed that they should move to a plot nearby. To do this, this territory was officially reserved for the construction of a communal market under the LLP "Agency of Resources of the Lviv City Council".
Now they have decided to speed up the pace of setting up a legal place for trade. To do this, they are going to remove scrap metal, temporary structures and garbage from the territory of the future market, as well as prepare it for construction. The city authorities managed to find an investor who will bring the necessary engineering networks to the site.

"And what will happen to the area where the entrepreneurs are currently trading? In place of the current ponds, there will be a high-quality public space. The people of Lviv deserve this," Zubach concludes.
