Amendments were made to the project of the modern center at the intersection of Stryyska-Naukova streets in Lviv

Amendments were made to the large-scale construction project in Lviv at the corner of Stryyska-Naukova streets. From now on, one of the apart-hotels will become an office center with underground parking, and another one will be lowered by 9 m.

At the same time, the functional purpose of one of the restaurants was changed. Now it will be a multifunctional building with built-in public spaces, catering facilities and underground parking.

In general, the project involves the construction of one apartment hotel, one office center with underground parking, a sports and office center, a restaurant and a multi-functional building with built-in public spaces, catering facilities and underground parking.

It is noted that approximately 2000 people will be able to work in the offices. Underground parking lots will be installed in two buildings, which will serve as a shelter. Also, in each section of building No. 1, on each floor, a safe room is provided, designed according to the standards in force in Israel. It has a thickened wall, double reinforcement and separate engineering networks.

Before the amendments, the project envisaged the construction of two apart-hotels with a height of 64 m and 44 m, a sports and office center, a shopping center and two restaurants.
