A modern quarter will be built in Lutsk on the site of the former factory

A new modern quarter will appear in Lutsk on the site of the former "Electrothermometry" plant near Styr.

About this reported the Lutsk City Council.

The residential complex will consist of houses, commercial and office premises and a parking lot. The floor plan of the buildings is different - from 3 to 24 floors. The construction of a preschool educational institution is also planned.

According to the project, the administrative building of the plant will be preserved and reconstructed into a commercial and office building. The construction of new commercial and administrative facilities aims to create new jobs.

The project provides for the construction of underground parking lots, the installation of bicycle and walking paths with areas for recreation.

Also, an embankment on the banks of the Styr River will be built throughout the quarter.
