Currently, it is undergoing the process of installing windows so that the institution can work in the winter period, informed Oleksiy Kuleba, head of Kyiv OVA.
"Currently, we are continuing the liquidation of the destruction. One of these steps is the restoration of the Palace of Culture named after Taras Shevchenko. The windows are being replaced there. It is important to do this so that the institution can work even in the winter period," Kuleba said.
According to him, the works should be finished in a few weeks. Replacement of windows is carried out at the expense of a state budget subvention.
It is worth noting that as a result of Russian bombings in the Palace of Culture, the roof, power supply system, heating and almost all windows were damaged.
