Only three of the 22 objects of social infrastructure that were damaged or destroyed during the occupation of Irpen were given urban planning conditions and restrictions (MUO) and moved to the stage of development of project and estimate documentation.

About this said the press service of the Irpin City Council at the request of the Interfax-Ukraine agency.

First Deputy Mayor Andriy Kravchuk noted that the Irpin City Council has created an official working group for the reconstruction of the city - the Irpin Reconstruction Summit (IRS). It includes 200 Ukrainian and international specialists who have already developed all 22 project proposals for reconstruction.

"Currently, three objects have received city-planning conditions and restrictions, the stage of developing project documentation has begun," Kravchuk said.

Among the projects that received the MUO for reconstruction are the Central House of Culture (183 Soborna Street) and the Irpin Children's and Youth Sports School (40 Troitska Street), the stage of both projects is the development of working documentation.

The third project received by the MUO is the central city stadium "Champion".

"Sketch projects were handed over to the Ministry of Digital Information together with UNITED24, which identified themselves as the executors of the design and works," Kravchuk noted.

According to the KSE Institute, the damage to Irpen's infrastructure amounts to over UAH 25,3 billion (almost $922 million), the housing sector was the most affected (UAH 17,7 billion), almost 48% of the entire housing stock.
