"However, since 2011, the owner of the building has been evading the conclusion of a protection contract for the monument, which endangers the preservation of the building's authenticity," the prosecutor's office said.

Thus, the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office appealed to the court with a lawsuit to compel the owner to conclude a contract.
The profitable building of 1891 was built according to the project of the famous Kyiv architect Andrii - Ferdinand Krauss, located on the red line of development of one of the oldest streets of the city, on the territory of the urban planning monument of national importance "Castle Mountain - Andriivskyi Uzviz" of the IX-XIII centuries. and the state historical and architectural reserve "Ancient Kyiv".
