On February 15, 2023, the Economic Court of Kyiv ordered to free the site of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine from the "temple-mafu" of the UOC MP, which illegally appeared 10 years ago on the site of the Tithe Church. The UOC MP community contested this decision in an appeal.
