The Minimalistic Villa in UAE project was developed for a private two-story villa in 2020. The concept of the functionality of the living space was implemented with the help of thoughtful engineering solutions.

In particular, to preserve the spaciousness of the LeQB villa, several rooms were combined into one. At the same time, specially selected low-profile furniture divides the single space into separate zones.

Climate control and air conditioning systems cool the villa from the inside, and the terrace garden with automatic irrigation system helps to achieve the effect of an "oasis in a hot desert climate".
