It is about the scandalous decision of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal.

Urban planner Dmytro Perov reported this on his Facebook page.

"The Northern Commercial Court of Appeal gave the opportunity to develop the lands of historical and cultural purpose for the Museum "Pyrogovo". The relevant decision was taken by the panel chaired by Iryna Ionnikova. The appellate court satisfied the complaint of the Khotivskyi agricultural complex regarding the cancellation of the decision of the Commercial Court of Kyiv to resume the proceedings in the case regarding the illegal registration of these lands under Khotivskyi," the activist explains.

The agricultural combine, mentioned in the conceptual agreements of Denys Komarnytskyi, asked to cancel the decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv, which renewed the consideration of the case regarding the illegal registration of historical and cultural lands for the enterprise.

Activists of the "Tsegla" space remind that "Khotivskyi" stopped growing agricultural crops in 2008. On the lands of the museum in Pirogov, which are now in the hands of "agrarians", the construction of 12 buildings of variable storeys is planned.

Perov also notes that in 2020, the Security Service of Ukraine initiated criminal proceedings against the aforementioned Iryna Ionnikova. The case concerned the write-off of debts to the state-owned company Naftogaz. In addition, the same panel of judges (Ionnikova, Razina, Tarasenko) handed over the Ecopark "Sovski Stavky", the Dmitriev estate, legalized the monster house in Podil, etc. for development.
