Wreaths from Sage
South-east London florists Sage created a pair of wreaths, handmade in their studio in Peckham.
The first is wrapped in white ribbed fabric, a nod to the late Japanese designer Issey Miyake and his signature pleated pieces. The wreath is accented with helichrysum and dried strelitzia leaves.
The second wreath is a playful patchwork of tartan, echoing the deconstructed and sculptural designs of Comme des Garçons. Decorated with dried sunflower heads, it uses materials that could easily end up in the trash.
Designed to last for many winters, Sage wreaths convey the holiday spirit without the typical Christmas clichés.
Serving spoons from Gohar World
New York-based sister duo Gohar World used cultured mother-of-pearl to create curved serving spoons inspired by the silhouettes of swimming swans.
The hand carving is complemented by fine engraving that resembles feathers and shimmers under the light.
The spoons are part of the Table VIII Holiday Collection, which also includes ribbon stockings and gold aprons.
Aalto Bubble Vase by Iittala
In 2026, Finnish brand Iittala will celebrate 90 years of the organic shape of the Aalto vase, created by architect Alvar Aalto.
For the new Aalto Bubble Vase, traditional glassblowing techniques were used to create the effect of delicate bubbles, as if frozen inside the mold.
The result is a design classic that looks as if it is covered in a thin layer of winter frost.
La Coupole by Fabio Novembre for Kartell
Kartell introduced La Coupole, an original dish for panettone, a traditional Italian Christmas cake.
Italian designer Fabio Novembre was inspired by Italy's many city domes when creating these large dishes, available in translucent shades of amber, cola, blue, and green.
La Coupole is part of Kartell's 2025 holiday collection, alongside works by Patricia Urquiola and a reissue of the Joe Colombo lamp.
Ace Stickers by Other Matter and Little Troop
These graphic stickers are simple and colorful shapes that can be used to create holiday decorations on windows or cards.
The stickers are made from an algae-based film developed by Australian studio Other Matter and American studio Little Troop. They are a compact version of the reusable and vinyl-free stickers created for the Ace Hotel Sydney window.
The collaboration offers a discreet alternative to the excess plastic that traditionally accompanies December.
Rocc by Michael Anastassiades for Alessi
Italian brand Alessi is known for its minimalist design, which Cypriot designer Michael Anastasiades has continued in the Rocc candle and diffuser collection.
The products are made from steel spheres and offer a shiny yet understated alternative to kitschy Christmas candles – thanks to their metallic surface, they retain a festive glow without resorting to banal solutions.
