Currently, 750 m² of material has already been transferred to the balance sheet of the Lychakiv district administration. It will be used to pave the area located at the intersection of B. Khmelnytskyi Street, 124 - Novoznesenska Street, 1, official sites of both clubs report in the Lviv City Council.
"This area is between the land plot of the Jam Factory and the sidewalk. And when the fence is dismantled after the reconstruction of the Jam Factory, we will need to pave this space. It was decided to install authentic cobblestones here.
Thus, this cobblestone, dismantled from the carriageway of the street. Khmelnytskyi, will return here, but to the public space," explained Orest Tymchyshyn, the head of the Lychakiv district administration.

We will remind you that in 2020, the Jam Factory began to be reconstructed according to the project of the Austrian Archburo Stefan Rindler. The Swiss philanthropist Harald Binder invested in the restoration of the local architectural monument. He wanted to turn it into a non-profit cultural and arts center with a gallery, theater, courtyard, cafe and other public spaces.
The work was supposed to be completed in August 2022, but the war somewhat delayed the process. Currently, the Jam Factory Art Center, a modern art institution, is already functioning inside the building.

It is worth noting that the Jam Factory is an architectural monument of local importance at the beginning of the 1970th century. Since Soviet times, the Ukrgolovyno winery has been located here. In the 2009s, the enterprise was repurposed into a vegetable base processing plant. Since XNUMX, the Jam Factory has been used for various festivals, although the building was in a completely neglected state.
