"The project was difficult for us. And not because they couldn't figure out how to overcome the constant landslide of the tract and erosion by groundwater, but because fake norms and expertise are trying to make a Soviet mess out of every normal project", - noted architect Olga Kleitman.

In a comment to PRAGMATIKA.MEDIA, the architect said that the city authorities had already tried several times to reconstruct the tract, but there were problems with it due to underground water. Moreover, no one knows the origin of those sources, whether they are natural or man-made.

In the summer, it is nice to walk on the territory, as it is cool and humid here. The main goal of the architects was to leave the environment untouched, not to asphalt or concrete anything.

"TOif we got geology, we came to a conclusion, that the best thing to do there will be a lattice flooring. It will be placed 40 cm above the ground. It is cheaper than other coatings, and we do not touch the ground at all. The structure will rest on geoscrews with a diameter of 150 mm. The depth of twisting will also vary - about 8 meters, depending on where we get to," said Kleitman.

The architect added that during the design, their team provided for the placement of places for sitting and resting on the territory, as well as the arrangement of lakes from the water that flows down the slope. Now it is collected and sent to the storm sewer.

In general, the implementation of the project is planned for four stages. Kleitman expressed hope that it will be implemented after the end of the war.
