The first autonomous city in Ukraine is being built 7 kilometers from Kyiv, covering 600 hectares of land and designed for 47 thousand residents.

It is built on the principle of human-centeredness, has ecological technologies, energy independence, and a qualitatively new modern infrastructure for a comfortable life and the implementation of business tasks.

Vlasne Misto consists of eight key development areas:
- education;
- energy;
- medicine;
- agro;
- hospitality;
- innovation;
- real estate;
- business.
"This approach allows us to create a sustainable economy within the city and minimize its dependence on external resources. This is the first project of this scale in Ukraine," the authors of the project note.

The victory of the autonomous city project shows that Ukraine is not only recovering, but also implementing modern approaches to urban development. As Vlasne Misto says, such initiatives can become a model for other regions and attract international investors.
"During the award ceremony in Milan, the entire hall looked at us with admiration. We ourselves did not expect two victories at once, but this once again proves that our country really has a powerful potential in the field of urban planning," says the project's CEO Yaroslav Korniachenko.
