The Urbanina team analyzed the urban planning situation in Irpen before the full-scale invasion and examined the destruction in more detail after the occupation. The city's total losses reach 25 billion hryvnias.

Dozens of project volunteers participated in the development of recommendations Rebuildua which investigated the destruction of each building, and analyzed the function of the buildings, the types of development and their condition. Calculations of the city's direct losses were made by experts Kyiv School of Economics.
