Deputy of the Kharkiv City Council and founder of the Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center, Dmytro Bulak, recalled that a small "Kulinichiv" kiosk had already been installed at this location. Around 2018, they planned to build a larger store in its place, but then Kharkiv residents managed to stop it.
"Now Pryvokzal Square in Kharkiv is decorated with this beauty. I thank Volodymyr Mysik for his restraint and sense of proportion, which are absent. Taking advantage of the war and the fact that everyone is not up to it, he pushed his shed", - posted Dmytro Bulak on his Facebook page.
In the Instagram community Artkugut indicate that the head of the district Nelly Tsybulnyk claims that there are no agreements and that they are already dealing with this issue.
