The first modular concrete block shelters will be installed in Zhytomyr

Six of the simplest modular shelters will be set up on the territory of the Zhytomyr community.

The executive committee of the Zhytomyr City Council plans to approve the placement of shelters by the utility companies "Zelenbud" and "Park" with proper arrangement and maintenance in compliance with the norms and rules of state standards.

The corresponding draft decision was published on the website of the city council.

Modular shelters are planned to be installed at the following addresses:

  • Novy Boulevard, 4;
  • Poleva square, 10;
  • 13 Borys Lyatoshinskyi Street;
  • Pokrovska Street, 131;
  • Stary boulevard, 14-a;
  • Chudnivska Street, 167.

We are talking about modular shelters, for the arrangement of which the session of the city council allocated 25 million hryvnias. Such shelters are made of concrete and will accommodate from 20 to 50 people. If necessary, the construction of modular concrete blocks can be moved.
