Canadian-American actress Pamela Anderson, together with furniture studio Olive Ateliers, presented the Sentimentalist furniture collection.

It consists of 40 items and is inspired by the actress's memories of her childhood by the sea, write Dezeen.

The collection includes outdoor sofas, armchairs, tables, and baskets, made primarily from natural rattan and blue-and-white striped textiles.

The design references Anderson's grandmother's farm on the Salish Sea coast.

“This collection is like home to me. It’s simple, a little French, a little wild. These are things that are used every day, that wear out over time and only become more beautiful,” the actress noted.

The collection uses classic shapes, including lounge furniture with rounded backs, dining chairs with straight backs and wicker patterns, and a teak dining table. The materials are chosen to naturally change and patina over time.

This is Olive Ateliers' first collaboration with a celebrity. The studio was founded in 2021 by entrepreneurs Kendall Knox, Ben Knox, and Laura Sotelo.

The company says it chose Anderson for its authenticity and shared sense of nostalgia. The collection also includes protective furniture covers suitable for outdoor use.
