According to write Evening Kyiv, more than 400 windows in the building are cracked, 300 of them are double-glazed windows, 100 are stained-glass windows, appliances and furniture are partially damaged.
Inside, the palace suffered minor damage. There is damage to some doors, furniture and appliances that were near the windows. Currently, the capital's rescuers are dismantling the double-glazed windows and taking the broken glass out of the building.

According to Andriy Vidysh, acting general director of Palace "Ukraine", according to preliminary calculations, several million hryvnias are needed to restore the building.
He says that although the palace is a state enterprise, it is not financed by the state. Therefore, the management of the Palace "Ukraine" appeals to philanthropists, businesses, stars and everyone who cares to help in the restoration of the building.
