According to the results of the jury meeting, the company's project was chosen as the winner Belyaev Design Workshop as part of the author's team Andriy Belyaev, Dmytro Smalyuk, Kateryna Polevyanenko, Ostap Got, Yuriy Tomysh, Lviv.

During the design, the team of architects tried not to interfere with the architecture of the existing buildings, as much as possible, not to transform and not change its formed image.
However, the main entrance to the rehabilitation center and reception department is moved from the street. V. Ivasyuk on the street Ryasnyansk. A small courtyard-living room is formed in front of it.

In front of the new main entrance to the facility, a passenger boarding/disembarking area is organized. It is also proposed to arrange a small bicycle parking lot here.
The architects also propose to dismantle the existing building
adjacent to the boiler room and the farm house. Instead, build a one-story "sports wing" that will house a swimming pool, a gym, and other facilities that require higher ceilings and larger spans between structural elements.

The project envisages the arrangement of a full-fledged third floor instead of the existing technical one. In addition, internal insulation of the building's external walls, insulation of the floors, roof and ceiling of the basement floor will be carried out in the building.
Cedar or larch shingles were chosen as the material for the roof - wedge-shaped boards connected longitudinally.
