This competition is aimed at popularizing architecture and includes objects and projects completed in the last three years in Ukraine or completed by Ukrainian architects abroad.
Prizes are awarded in the following nominations: "Urban Planning", "Regeneration of the Historic Environment", "Restoration", "Buildings and Structures", "High-Rise Residential Development", "Low-Rise Residential Buildings", "Landscape Architecture", "Interiors".
In each nomination (projects and realizations) one award (diploma with honors) is awarded, as well as three diplomas of the winners of the competition.
Despite the difficulties of wartime, in 2022 the "National Union of Architects of Ukraine Award" collected more than 80 works in all nominations.
The works are exhibited in the Central building of the architect in Kyiv on the street. Boris Grinchenko 7. The projects of the competition winners are exhibited at international exhibitions and events of the community of architects in Ukraine and abroad.
On December 22, 2023, the presentation of the results of the competition at the congress of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine is planned, and on February 22, 2024, the awarding ceremony of the competition winners is scheduled.
The event will take place in the Central building of the architect in Kyiv, str. Borys Grinchenko 7.
