At the beginning of November, "Passengers of Kyiv" drew attention to the fact that the city received 8 buses from the German Deutsche Bahn back in September of this year. In particular, three articulated buses and five 12-meter buses that are barrier-free. However, at that time the KMDA did not publish any information about the received vehicles.

"We checked - these buses are not in use and are standing "under the fence" with transit license plates in AP No. 8. Also, another batch of 19 German buses, which Kyiv received in August, but which were still officially reported, is still "in the process of registration and registration" - wrote then in initiative.

In the KMDA at the same time appointed, that the capital authorities failed to allow German buses to run, because due to blackouts and air alarms, "services responsible for registration of transport are not working in full."
