According to write Serhiy Pasyuta, the exits from the Akademmistechko metro station are also being “reconstructed” for the shopping mall. This will be done by Grotto LLC, where until recently the beneficiary was the People's Deputy from the Ukrainian People's Party of Ukraine Vadym Stolar.
"The site is municipally owned, last year the Kyiv City Council extended the lease of Grotto LLC for 5 years. According to the order, the reconstruction of the entrance will take place without changing the geometric parameters, and therefore without additional barrier-free measures (for example, elevators)," the report says.

In addition, the exit from the metro will not be directly to the street, but through the shopping center. Activists list the disadvantages of such a solution: inconvenience for passengers during construction, which may take years, complicated evacuation of people, closing the station in case of emergencies in the shopping center (for example, a fire in the shopping center at the Heroes of Dnipro station).
There is currently no reconstruction project.
