The architect said that there are two main methods of working in historical buildings: maintaining the existing historical architecture and the method of contrast.

"Our building has two floors, the surrounding buildings have more floors and due to the completely different scale, we decided to work on the contrast. In historical buildings, a neutral solution for facades is the use of a large amount of glass, which is confirmed by European practice. This solution makes it possible to neutralize any impact on the historical building as much as possible. Therefore, it was decided to make a laconic form without using pseudo-historical motifs. It allows you to have your own expressiveness without disturbing the historical building," Kumeiko explained the choice of architectural solution.

Previously, local residents complained about the complete lack of parking for future visitors to the building. According to the architect, the project foresees one parking space for groups with reduced mobility near the building, others on Luteranska Street - the decision was agreed with the Ministry of Regional Building.
The surrounding area will be landscaped, all details will be coordinated with "Kyivzelenbud".
