According to write Dezeen, Zaha Hadid Architects have unveiled two possible designs for the site, commissioned by developer DAMAC International, which purchased the site in 2022.

The rendering of the project shows two slightly different versions of the 12-story condominium divided into two arrays. The blocks will be connected by a pool with a glass bottom. As you can see in the renderings, the pool will be completely transparent.

Both designs share a similar aesthetic with curved balcony overhangs and large glass spaces. The new building will include 57 residences - almost half the number of the previous building.

Note that the collapse of the 12-story Champlain Towers South condominium in Miami, which was built in 1981, occurred on the night of June 24, 2021.
