On the territory of the Irpin community, philanthropists will build a new frame house for a family that lost their home in the Kherson region.

About this reports Said press service of the Irpin City Council.

"Another joint project with the charitable organization "Raion No. 1" – they signed a Memorandum on the construction of a new home in Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka for immigrants from the Kherson region," the mayor noted.

The family comes from the village of Oleksandrivka in the Kherson region. The settlement is located near the Kinburn Spit, from which the Rashists shell the village every day, which makes life impossible there.

"Construction of a new home for them should start already this week. And the pace announced by "District No. 1" is simply insane - in just 3 months the family should move into a new house with an area of 110 square meters," the city hall emphasizes.

This speed is primarily determined by the type of the future house - it will be frame. This is a relatively new technology for Ukraine, which has long been popular in the USA and Europe. It allows you to build an energy-efficient house very quickly.

This will be the first construction of a completely new building from "District No. 1" in the Irpinsk community at the expense of philanthropists, not reconstruction.
