It is worth noting that the "Transition to Arsenal" project won the Public Budget competition in 2020, and its implementation was planned for 2021. Subsequently, the arrangement process was postponed due to a change in the implementation procedure of this project.
Currently, the works are financed by General Commerce, which belongs to the owners of A Development Vasyl Khmelnytskyi, Andriy Ivanov and Oleksiy Baranov.
