We are talking about Maksym Kilderov, who comes from a temporarily occupied city.

About the initiative of the artist tells published by Vinbazar.com.

Kilderov, after spending 55 days in the occupation, rented a house in Vinnytsia and set up a studio there.

"I have been drawing since 2018. It all started with some incomprehensible patterns on leaves, and already in a month I bought the first canvas. Then it became too much for me, I switched to the walls, to the surrounding things, trains. This is how my mania developed. Last year the house did. What's next? Something more," says the artist.

In June 2022, he painted the fence with colored patterns, then the facade of the building with black doodles. The owner of the house was not against it, and even supported Maxim.

"The result is great. I come every day and see something new, new patterns appear. We started with a piece of fence, I liked it and it was already difficult to stop. I don't mind if he continues to paint, there is still a garage, a house, a roof. Maksym has an idea to finish the sidewalk to the "Urozhai" market. I think he will make it happen," commented the landlord.

By the way, British artist Sam Cox also did the day before transformed his house to the "Land of Pictures". 12 rooms of the estate of the artist under the pseudonym Mr. Doodle were completely covered with his original paintings. Kilderov said that he spoke with Cox before the full-scale invasion.

"Mr.Doodle and I talked. I wrote to him on Instagram, he saw my trains, replied that they were cool and offered to paint another one together. I immediately called Max Demsky (Director of GogolFest - ed.) I say: "There is such an option. You can make a cool collaboration." He supported the idea, but it was December 2021. And we all understand what happened next," the Ukrainian recalls.
