IDA Design Awards — one of the most prestigious international awards in the field of architecture and design, which annually recognizes the strongest projects from around the world and forms a relevant vector for the development of the industry.
"This is our first international victory, so we decided to attend the ceremony in person to really believe it," the team said.

"For us, this award is very valuable and important. It is about trust in bold ideas, attentiveness to space, and professional dialogue at the international level. Without exaggeration, for us it is a kind of Oscar," comments Svitlana Moskalenko, co-founder and chief designer of metric bureau.

As part of the IDA Design Award ceremony, a symposium was held, during which designers from all over the world had the opportunity to present their projects in various categories, listen to the independent jury and their opinions on their work, and exchange experiences.

"A total of two interior design projects were selected for participation and ours became one of them". This is another opportunity to declare Ukrainian design on a global level. To talk about our creative community that continues to work and gain international recognition while the war continues. And it may seem presumptuous, but I felt from the number of responses that the world likes Ukrainian design. It surprises because it is frankly different," Svitlana comments.
The IDA jury is a selected group of industry experts from each of the five disciplines: architecture, fashion, interior, product and graphic design.
