Residents of a residential building damaged by an Iranian drone on Zhilyanska decided to unite in order to restore the house.

"The decision to create an association has been made, lawyers are currently working on its registration", - UEFA BZ resident of the building Tatyana.

Currently, the owners of the apartments are planning to create a condominium in order to arrange the land under the house. As the owner of an apartment on Zhilyanska told BZ, the cost of restoration depends on several factors.

"The first is an architectural decision, which depends on the technical conditions of the local government, from them we will already understand what the project is and how much it costs. But we know for sure that it will be longer, but cheaper than buying somewhere in a foreign area or moving to another city. For example, before the war, my neighbor bought an apartment for 200 dollars, they started repairs," says Tetyana.

According to residents, the drone damaged five apartments, but did not destroy the entire building.

"Even under the damaged apartments, the foundation is intact. We have preliminary information from the best specialists that the house can be restored or rebuilt. We are in contact with architects of the international level who are ready to help," the association comments.

The reconstruction is planned to be carried out by its own forces or to attract investors.

We will remind you that earlier in a few days the people of Kyiv collected 6 signatures by petition regarding the restoration of the historical house of the merchant Yosyp Lev damaged by an Iranian drone on October 17. Then the activist Dmytro Perov informedthat restorers from Poland are ready to help rebuild the building free of charge. However, the commission of the Kyiv City Council on issues of architecture, urban planning and land relations did not support the petition, rejecting her.
